Work It Out: Run For Your Life

So by now you know P90X didn’t work out for my man and I.

Last week I started taking Eddie for longer walks – like 2.5 miles – every other day.

And Jerry and I have tried to start the Couch to 5K program.

Yeah, turns out I’m not as ready for that as I thought.

I can do 10 of the 20 minutes before I’m totally winded.

I’m out of shape and it sucks.

A new system/program will be implemented soon…and as boring as it may be, I’ll be posting about it here. :)

PP Any tips?
